Terms of service

The Agency provides web platform and mobile app development, interface design, technical SEO, payment and automation integrations, and ongoing maintenance. The scope of each engagement is set out in its quote; anything not in the quote is out of scope.

Work begins with a quote prepared on request and accepted in the client panel. Each quote states its validity period; an expired quote cannot be accepted.

On acceptance the system creates the invoice, any subscriptions, and the work order in a single transaction.

Prices apply in the currency of the quote (TRY or GBP) and do not change after an invoice is issued. DAMGA LTD is not currently VAT registered; no VAT is added. Should tax become due it will appear as a separate line on the invoice.

Payment is by card (hosted Stripe checkout) or bank transfer. Card payments are always for the full outstanding balance; partial card payments are not accepted. Bank transfers are recorded against the invoice by the Agency.

The due date is stated on the invoice (by default 7 days from the invoice date). Reminders are sent for overdue invoices, and new work may be paused until payment is made.

Recurring services (monthly/annual maintenance, server management, content management) are billed as subscriptions. A subscription starts once the first invoice is paid in full and renews automatically at the end of each period.

Cancellation is requested in the panel; the subscription ends at the close of the current period. It is not cut off mid-period and the remainder of the period is not refunded.

Content, images, domains and third-party account access are provided by the client in good time. Delays may extend delivery timelines.

Once payment is received in full, the client receives the rights to use the source code and designs created specifically for that engagement. The Agency retains its pre-existing libraries, tools and general patterns; open-source components remain under their own licences.

The Agency’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant engagement. Indirect losses, loss of profit and outages caused by third-party services (hosting, payment provider, email) are excluded.

Either party may end ongoing work with written notice. Work completed to that point is invoiced; anything paid for but not delivered is handled under the refund policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
