This notice explains what personal data DAMGA LTD processes, why, and for how long. DAMGA LTD is the data controller.
1. On this website
The site is fully static: there are no forms, no cookies, and no analytics or tracking scripts. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent. Standard access logs are kept by our server and Cloudflare for security purposes.
2. When you email us
When you contact us by email we process your name, email address and the content of your message, in order to reply and prepare a quote. Lawful basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
3. When you become a client
For your panel account we process name, email and phone; for your company, legal name, tax number and address. This is needed for invoicing, contracts, support and statutory record-keeping.
When you sign a contract we store the drawn signature, your name, IP address, browser information and timestamp as evidence of signing.
4. Service providers
• Stripe (Ireland/US); card payments. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted page and never reach us.
• Resend (US); transactional email. • Cloudflare (US/EU); CDN, DNS and file storage (R2). • Sentry; error tracking (no personal data sent). • Coolify/Hetzner (Germany); application and database hosting.
5. Retention
Invoices, contracts and payment records are kept for the statutory period (6 years in the UK). Email delivery logs are kept for 1 year. When your account closes, data we are not required to keep is deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to processing. Write to [email protected]; we respond within one month. You may also complain to the UK ICO.
